The first race will commence at 1300hrs, competitors will then set off in
pairs at 7-minute intervals, this will ensure no one is caught (Unless they have
submitted an un-verified time!). In
theory the fastest two competitors will be racing in the final race, the fastest
time of the day will produce the winner and carry the accolade of The fittest
man in the Royal Marines. COMPETITION
EQUIPMENT

All competition equipment will be from Technogym and will be calibrated
before the Championships commence. TRANSPORT
& ACCOMMODATION

Unit PTIs are to organise transport for Individuals & Teams from
their Unit. Accommodation must be
arranged directly with the Accommodation store CTCRM (x 4442); preference will
be given to distant Units (45Cdo RM, FPGRM) if there is a shortage of
accommodation. REFRESHMENTS12.
Various juices & sandwiches will be available in the Main Gym
throughout the event; individuals are encouraged to bring their own water
bottle, as paper cups will not be allowed in the competition area. SPORTS
MASSAGES
13.
Sports Massages will be available throughout the competition, there will
be a small charge for this facility, however, be assured that the experience
will be of good benefit, whether taken pre or post race. EVENT ORGANISERSUNIT
