Introduction to the Courses
This challenge is open to everyone interested in cross training and there is something for people at all levels of all round strength and fitness. For those of you just starting why not try out the club course in your own club and post us your time. Find out why so many people return to repeat the course and use it as a regular workout. Just do the course and 15 minutes afterwards compare how you feel with how you would normally feel after a work out in the gym. Now compare the time each session took. Most people feel more invigourated along with a sense of completeness at having worked all the major muscle groups in their bodies and in much less time. For those of you wanting more of a challenge, why don't you try your hand at the Cup Course.
