UK CROSS TRAINING ASSOCIATION AGE CATEGORY POSTED TIMES FOR THE 2005/6 CUP OCTATHALON COURSE
Try your hand at the 2006 Cup course and compare your times with those in the age categories below. If you would like to join and become a member and benefit from regular Cross Training tips, then send us in a membership form with your times on and they will be posted on the site as well. Alternatively, if you would like to have a slightly easier challenge, why not try running through the Club Course. Remember if you have to stop during the exercise and carry on a few seconds later that is fine, you are still allowed to continue on to the end and post a time. In time and after training, you will find that the need to rest during the course will be lessened and your times will become faster. The age categories are done on the age you are when you post your time. When you send in your membership when you first post your time, your gym manager will also need to verify your age as well as your time.
